The staff were POLITE and very very nice all the time. A double room with a great view, aircon, a balcony accommodated us perfectly.

The hotel and room were clean. We got a twin room with a balcony and loved it.

The bed was too hard, that's sad thing.

It was clean and the staff were really kind and nice, beds were exceptionally comfortable. I appreciated having 2 single beds in the room, that was neat too.

The location was stunning, for example, a Dutch village was within a close distance from the hotel. The venue was placed within 19 miles of the airport. We found the stuff helpful and extremely friendly.

stayed here for 3 nights with my husband, had a restful stay. they gave me tidy double room with a balcony. the location was marvellous and lovely and a train station was walk from the hotel.

The units were good-sized and huge with a terrace. The location is magnificent and beautiful, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Zaans Museum.

This hotel is truly value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering its location right at the Zaan river. The staff pays attention to detail, making sure everything is taken care of during your stay. The basic amenities are provided, including rooms with a view of the street in the back of the building, some even with a balcony or terrace. The breakfast is delicious and satisfying, offering a great start to the day.

We have stayed in this amazing hotel for 2 nights, everything was perfect, the location was amazing next to the canal. All the employees were accommodating and very friendly. Our tidy and huge room included very comfy bed, a laptop-compatible safe, central heating and an electronic key card. Location: the property was right by scenic Zaandijk, those windmills and the sunset and the train station...

The location is magnificent, it is a short walk to a train station. The hotel offers a great selection of food that was appetising. Everyone who works in the venue is very-very nice and helpful: )

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience! The location is amazing, being just a walk across the bridge to reach the windmills. The staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate guests. The room we stayed in was beautiful, with a gorgeous bathroom and astonishing views of the surrounding area. We enjoyed a delightful breakfast and appreciated the facilities, including the vegan bakery across the street.

One minor issue we noticed was a distinct toilet smell on the ground floor, but fortunately, it wasn't noticeable on the first floor where we stayed.

Perfect welcome, excellent English spoken, new kettle provided promptly, comfortable room, clean linens and towels.

We had a wonderful stay at Boutique Hotel Zaan. The location was great, with beautiful views of the water and windmill. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The restaurant had delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. Even though there were a few maintenance issues in our room, it didn't significantly impact our experience. The breakfast, although basic, was sufficient for our needs. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The location of Boutique Hotel Zaan was incredible, nestled in a charming rural area with picturesque windmills and grazing animals. The scent of cocoa filled the air from the nearby chocolate factory. The view from the hotel's terrace and restaurants was breathtaking, showcasing the beauty of the surroundings. The Italian cuisine served in the restaurant was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The decor in the bathroom was lovely, and the beds were comfortable.
